LE = Link Exchange, This is the exchanging of links.
UV = Unique Visitors, This is how many Unique Visitors your site gets.

I would advise you to invest in a special, unique theme. Write about a specific topic..

Adspot= Your ad on another site, you pay someone to advertise your site.
UV= Unique visitors i.e number of unique people that visit your site per day
LE= Link exchange, you and another person make an agreement in which the other person advertises your site and you his, no money is involved here.

My advice, get a new theme, buy a good domain, advertise your site on a couple of good sites.

Yes, go in the marketplace section, and buy adspots on sites that have at least 5k unique visitors.
