your server will download the file and then it will save it on your server's HDD, now your server will automatically create a link where people can download the file you've just downloaded from the file hosting server (rs, mu, fs, fsc).

I'm surprised you run a web hosting business. A premium link generator does NOT in anyway save it on the server's HD. It uses the premium link given by the site and parses it through headers. What Stream has described is a leecher. Not a link generator.
