We received complaints from other users that you are using much resources and killing the HDD I/O.
Please note that you are not alone on the HDD (you + 2 users); launching multiple rar/unrar, download/upload multiple files and batch torrent seeding kill the HDD I/O and harm other users.

Therefore:
- Don't start more than 2 parallel downloads (jdownloader and IDM)
- No more than 4 parallel uploads (FTP & IDM)
- No more than 1 rar process

I said 4 simultaneous uploads not 4 simultaneous filezilla process with 4 parallel uploads each one (4 process x 4 filezilla instances = 16 parallel uploads).

Please don't forget that each HDD is shared between a max of 3 users, you're not alone!
