yesterday I had disk overloaded 100% for quite some time. So I can't seed more than 3 files and download at the same time?

I had a less powerful VPS that could do that and more. So is it that there are too many users at the same time?

You may see 6 users/partition but we are not overselling. Infact, every 2 hard drives are placed on Raid 0 for better performance (merged HDDs: 2 HDDs = 1 Partition => 3 Users /HDD).
For the overload issue, we caught two users abusing and moved them.
