vBUlletin help - wtf?!

Hey guys, but this has got me clueless.

on my website mgkiller.com, when I try to set another user admin the page just comes up like this:

Yes I've administator.
I've also given myself super admin etc in my config settings.

Disable vBSEO and then try it?

Disabled it, then tried same thing.

Try disabling everything and reuploading all the files for vbulletin, it's a long process but it should hopefully narrow down the problems.

I tried finding someone else who has had this issue but most search results return as people who get completely blank white pages and not blank pages with just the left sidebar
