Well, I'm not a scrapebox pro, so I can't use most of the features of a scrapebox yet. Its good as long as you use your common sense and don't go on blasting all the time. You have to know what to blast, when to blast, how much to blast, where to blast, etc etc. I have read reputed tuts and this is what they claim.
