    Rapidspeeds isnt a datacenter in itself, they resell Ecatel servers.

    Aquickhost , They dont resell , They sell their own servers from EvoSwitch AKA Leaseweb. They also own all equipment.

    Ahh, so they own Evoswitch datacenter? Sorry I thought it was Ecatel.

    So they just have some racks rented, then its not really a great idea to compare them with the whole Leaseweb.

    RapidSpeeds has their own racks and equipment at LeaseWeb. They use LeaseWeb network and since they push loads of bandwidth, I wouldn't be surprised if they are limited in QOS.

    Your best bet is LeaseWeb, you will surely get better speeds there.
