Question about where to get hosting

Just wondering where it is best to get hosting for these things:
Warez
Hentai / Porn
Lolicon / Shotacon etc
Junior Idols

Want to put up a website with those kind of things. How does website not go down by authorities?
Like warez, is it hosted in countries that allows it? (think russia allows it for example, although not sure)
How to not get the other things taken down also.

Think most people know it here, as almost everyone seems to have their own warez sites or porn sites.
Not sure i would put up a warez site, but want to atleast put up a hentai / porn site with lolicon and possible Junior Idols. But im to hesitant to do it since i dont want to get in trouble for it becouse i do it wrong.

And if something copyrighted is posted, what punishment can be expected? I only heard of cases where the websites are forced to remove files. Havent heard anything about getting sued or anything.

Let's take drug dealing as an example. When you start, you'll basically have no problems. Cash will be comin' daily, people will work for you. After some time, people will start wondering, how do you get the cash when you don't work anything? They will obviously check the source of the drugs, in your case. They will check the source of those copyrighted files, who published them on the Interwebz.

If your site gets big, your posts will be on the first 5 pages on Google for let's say, some popular movies and music albums.

Now, where your hosted doesn't mean anything. You could be hosted in Zimbabwe and someone would take your site down.

People underestimate DMCA complaints (they're the first sign that your site is growing), you can ignore complaints for first few times, but after that there comes the real trouble. You'll be harassed on every possible way. They will call your domain registrar, they will report your site, they will try to find pretty much anything that could get you in jail, e.g. If you allow pornographic content on the site, they will try to find suspicious material, pictures or video footage of a girl who looks underage.

Everyone takes such complaints seriously, so you'd be in a lot of trouble.

Anyhow, there is no safe hosting. You just have to find the right Datacenter, Datacenter that won't ask much questions. You can host copyrighted material anywhere, but if it gets reported you have to remove it.

That's pretty much it.

Would this be a good idea:
Make a website that only contains hentai with subcategories (including lolicon) and porn. (no warez to reduce risk of getting attacked by companies as it feels like most DMCA notices would come from warez but not sure)

Post things that owners generally dont get angry about (i have a list of files that is copyrighted in US, so if i dont post any there it might be good, although i dont really intend to specifically get hosting in US but probably best)
Might be worse with porn though, but dont know.

And whenever i get a DMCA warning i remove the content as fast as i can.

Would it be safe? Can i just shutdown site if they want to get me in jail or sue me?

I intend to have underage hentai (no real shit) and possible underage japanese models (called junior idols, dressed and not really suggestive posing). Dunno if they can use that.

Also is proxies required when posting content on the website? Might get really bad if the company sees that it is the admin that posted their files.

Well, regarding the underage content. There are a lot of child model agencies, of course I'm not talking about fully nude material, they're only in bikinis. Most of those sites are hosted in the USA, some of them are in Germany, but pretty much all of them in DC's located in USA.

As long as you don't advertise your site where you're 100% sure people wouldn't like the content, you're ok I guess. Just be sure to use private whois. (just in case someone decides to stalk you)

P.S. Try to avoid word 'warez' on your site, make it professional as much as you can, and of course include the "REPORT" link or button on every page to easy the content removal process.

Ok, thank you. Do you know any datacenter that would allow that kind of content?

Read some but it is common that they dont allow lolicon and some doesnt even allow porn at all.
Found some offshore hosting that said they allow all but i dont know if they really are trustable and good. Also heard rumors about the owner sign up the users for adult chat without their knowledge, not sure if it is true.

Never put up any website except for some free onces, got some knowledge about websitse and SEO and can find more and my brother is also good at websites. But need to start with getting a reliable host that really allow it.

I'd suggest you Choopa.com or FDCServers.com (I'm using them atm) , they're ok with amateur pornographic content and shocking videos. Even though I'm not into that "lolicon" stuff, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't suspend you if it's fictional/animated.

Location is USA, but you can also pick some good DC from the Netherlands, e.g. Ecatel or Leaseweb.

P.S. Are you looking for shared hosting or VPS / dedicated server?

Not sure which would be best.

I mainly think a blog like website (maybe more a "content" website without having the bad blog look) without allowing users to post to much would be good (to reduce the amount of spam the website would get and also make all visitors download from me).
I dont intend to have any streamed videos / music on the website and no files downloaded directly from the website (think it is good for legal reasons to not put it up directly on the site and can also earn money on filehosts and videohosts then).
On the other hand i think this could be really useful for promoting the website, to have streamed videos that is. As it is a really legit reason to view the stream video, and some users would love that it have stream videos instead of having to download.
It wont get a insane amount of traffic, i think i can get a decent amount after alot of work and some time.

What would you recommend?
Im thinking if it is enough to start with cheapest virtual server and then upgrade when it feels like it is needed as it will take some time before a larger amount of users will visit it. Might not be enough though.
Might get 50-2000 visitors in a day at start (ofcourse not max amount everyday but if i promote the website on forums where it is allowed it might jump in visitors).
Not sure if the website would handle having videos on it, even if it is only 100 visitors viewing them a day.

I agree, some cheaper VPS would be an awesome choice. As you have to adjust some settings on the server as the site is growing. Also, I always prefer streaming over downloading. A lot of people who are into porn, aren't into downloading on their HDD, as they're paranoid someone could see such material on their HDD. So they just go to tube sites. (hence the popularity)

P.S. Try to find a video hosting similar to UploadWaste.com, they don't pay but it's a great video hosting, and uploaders have the ability of watermarking the video.
