Executable is not PHP-CLI in torrentflux

I am having problems with torrentflux

in admin server settings i see

/usr/local/bin/php
Executable is not PHP-CLI

what is the solution for this ? Please help

solved the problem

edit:
/etc/php.ini

find disable_functions

then remove shell_exec and save
