How many hours sleeping in a day?

i usually sleep 4-5 hrs, sometimes not even 3hrs
after few days i feel like tiredness etc then i take a long nap of around 16-18hrs
& again i feel like YAHOO (not explainable) !

I am getting lots of work at hospital lately.. so I am sleeping 1-2 hours a day MAX!
Also don't have time to sleep over day coz I'm at university

That's what I call a black's life. 10 hours at university + 8-10 hours at work (sometimes 14 hours without stop) daily... I can't even fuck as I used to do in the past : /
