You need premium accounts on those two hosts you want to fetch files...

So lets say the file is from filesonic

http://www.filesonic.com/file/xxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxx.rar

and you want to fetch it to megaupload

You add your username and password from filesonic like this

http://username:assword@filesonic.co...xxxxxxxxxx.rar

Into megaupload remote upload box

use public leech services to upload.....

or make u to hire by someone as uploader who provide Rl....
