Means that FSC Had blocked the server IP,

I was thinking the same thing but I didn't know FSC would do such things, seems you been abusing Just use a proxy when uploading to there.

It mainly happens when you put a wrong login details, which then they try to upload download/upload to wrong account and FSC then block the server ip

99% your IP is blocked.......
