Is it risky reupload files after delating by DMCA?
I use filesonic, wupload fileserve for uploading movies. But most of the movies are deleting by DMCA after 1-2 days. So I reupload them. Is it risky? I mean is there any chance to get ban on filesonic, fileserve or wupload?

Well, if you keep on pushing and reuploading DMCA removed files again and again they will probably deactivate your account.
I think someone created thread about similar case here, how he was constantly reuploading DMCA removed files and then his account got deactivated.Have fitness or bodybuilding question? Ask Smith!

maybe try not naming it like " Pirates Of the Caribbean", and see if it takes longer for it to be removed?
