Question Is it risky reupload files after delating by DMCA?

I use filesonic, wupload fileserve for uploading movies. But most of the movies are deleting by DMCA after 1-2 days. So I reupload them. Is it risky? I mean is there any chance to get ban on filesonic, fileserve or wupload?

    Sorry for my bad English..

Well, if you keep on pushing and reuploading DMCA removed files again and again they will probably deactivate your account.

I think someone created thread about similar case here, how he was constantly reuploading DMCA removed files and then his account got deactivated.

Again, you got nothing to worry about untill the filehost starts deactivating accounts by the bunch, like hotfile did.

maybe try not naming it like " Pirates Of the Caribbean", and see if it takes longer for it to be removed?
