FileServe and Filesonic
Does they count uploads above 1GB. I'm a free user and couple of weeks ago, friend of mine told me things above 1GB does not count. I want to confirm this. Did a quick search on FS and didn't find it.

CSOffensive.comFree user can upload maximum upto 1gb , so eventually your file will get deleted if filesize is greater than 1gb.
