Which server is better ?

I am planning to buy 1 server but i am confused in this 2 configurations :

Option 1 :
Dual AMD Opteron 270 2.0GHZ
Processor : DUAL CPU DUAL CORE 2.0GHZ 1066FSB (2MB CACHE)
RAM : 2 GB DDR
HDD : 500 GB SATA
OS : Centos 5.5 32/64 bit
Price : 50 $

Option 2 :
Dual Intel Xeon 2.4GHZ
Processor : DUAL CPU 2.4GHZ 533FSB (533K CACHE) w/HT
RAM : 2 GB DDR
HDD : 500 GB SATA
OS : Centos 5.5 32 bit [ no 64 bit ]
Price : 40 $

P.S : Price and OS updated | Port is Dedicated 100 Mbps Unmetered

there is only 32 bit in option 2 and there is 32 and 64 bit in option 1

i was planning the same because i need 64 bit for rar/unrar of bigger files

Also there is Free RAID 0 in AMD
