You should rest each muscle group at least a day before you can train them again. Some muscles can be trained more often than others. For example, the stomach can train every 24 hours, I believe. If I say something wrong now, please correct me.

You should also only do bicep workouts once a week and after every workout eat a heavy meal.
So kiss me and smile for me, say that you'll wait for me <'3

I tend to eat fast carbs immediately after training. About 1 hour after training I tend to enjoy a larger meal. I have a calorie surplus every day, because I want to gain weight.
Sometimes I train the same muscle group twice per week. I have a three day program. I can train three days in a row, one day break and train three days again.HATERS GONNA probably bring up some valid points considering I am an ignorant little twat so far up my own ass that i blame my problems on everyone and if you criticize me you're automatically wrong.

I'm a vegetarian so I work out then drinking whey protein afterwards, then shortly after I'll try and eat a large meal such as pasta
I started working out only once a week because of college and stuff, at one point I was working out every other day so I'm trying to get back into working out once every 4 days or so
So kiss me and smile for me, say that you'll wait for me <'3

Sometimes I make myself a whey shake before training. It is only when I train early in the morning, maybe before work. I use 40 grams and mix with a pint of milk. It tastes good. Chocolate flavor.
I feel that the supplement helps.
I drink this 3-4 times a day. Every day.HATERS GONNA probably bring up some valid points considering I am an ignorant little twat so far up my own ass that i blame my problems on everyone and if you criticize me you're automatically wrong.
