I tend to eat fast carbs immediately after training. About 1 hour after training I tend to enjoy a larger meal. I have a calorie surplus every day, because I want to gain weight.
Sometimes I train the same muscle group twice per week. I have a three day program. I can train three days in a row, one day break and train three days again.Daniel Reviewed by Daniel on .
