Website Script suggestion

Alright, I have an idea to make a website. I cannot give out much information as the idea would be not unique then and someone would copy it as the site would be a viral site and traffic would shoot skyrocket due to no other site existing like that what I have in my mind.

Anyways, its gonna be a legit site providing just information.

It will just show the price of stuffs and some notes on it. Nothing much.

The site can be made from tables but the updating would need manually editing the HTML Files. If this can be done from a script then it'd well and good.

So the site will just show a table. The table will contain

Stuff # - Stuff Name - Stuff Price - Notes

And below this, the stuffs would be listed. So now what I want is that an admin cp from where I can add the "stuffs" manually rather than updating the HTML page everytime. So it could be alot easier then.

So do you guys know any such script which can perform this ?

You can take the help of php and mySQL database.

1) Add enteries in database by simple php script.
2) Admin CP can also be coded simply in PHP.

I guess i can help you with this.

Palooo, the fact is that I cannot code in PHP as I look at other's code and try to change it and then make a script.

So I fail at coding a script from a scratch. Also, I'm at very basic level in PHP
