It is currenly set to earnings per mile, a minimum of 3 dollar per 1000 downloads, 50% of premium sales, and 10% earnings of your referrers.

Actually we removed that table, because many people started with spamming huge 1gb - 2gb files. Bigger files are premium only, that's why we can pay up to 47 dollar per downloads, I could say it's pretty difficult to reach 1000 downloads, but for some users it's working great (movie releases)
