Windows bridge help needed.

I am using windows vista. There is two ethernet card on my PC. I have two 10mbps broadband connection from different ISP.

Lan cable from isp1 is connected to NIC1 (10mbps)
LAN cable from isp2 is connected to NIC2 (10mbps)

will bridging two nic will make a 20mbps connection . Can I download from rapidshare if i bridge NIC like that.
