If it's a registered trademark, yes. They can sue you.

Most likely they wouldn't even have to sue, they could just have the domain transfered to them fairly easy.

They can sue, report, transfer any trademarked domain and the registrar can't do anything about it, they have to do what they say otherwise the registrat would get sued, and believe me, they don't want that.

i have tryed it and had to close the domains and let them expire and they cannot be sold or point to any content.
