PayPal seems to be one of the most popular payment instrument right now and alot of webmasters using it to get paid. I would like to enjoy it as well and there is something that I would like to know before I made any stupid mistake

1. Registering account - do I need to provide real details?
2. Should I link CC to the account in order to be able to use it?
3. How safe it is to use PayPal to receive money from file hosting companies?

Pardon me if those questions already been answered 10x times and if so - I will really appreciate a link to it
