White adminCp and missing images

What's the issue here?

if someone would like to look at the files id be more then willing to let them
all my sub forum images are gone also
i think it happen after i added the banner to the skin it was fine before that
or when Eso or Dark_hunter tied to add VBSeo

on the admin login page there is a broken image pointing to

That should give you an idea what you have done wrong.

im sorry gavo you lost me there lol
this happen when Eso and Dh tried to add vbseo
so i didn't do it
but now i have to figure out how to fix it or pay someone to do it
