IT Expert to fix server overload

I am looking for a IT Expert who can fix the overload of my Server.
Details:
I have checked the the second page (wordpress) on the nginx/apache/freebsd/quadcore dedicated server cause the overload.
if disable the second page server runs good.
the second page has not much visitors and shouldnt overload the server normally. so there have to be something wrong. i have allready disabled all plugins to test = no change...

hope an server expert can help me here.

i have ssh access. and small custom admin panel.
the server is managed and i think its made like VPS..

i will optimize DB and check avarage load.

I have checked. it still overloads ... this page ads 15 avarage load to the quad core server!!
and the user amount is more then 10X lower then the main site!
