HDD +250GB
+5TB Bandwitch
RDP
100 MB or 1 GBP port (Dedicated)

I can only spend $70 or less

How do you expect to get good hardware with a budget of $70 and a 1 GBPS port ?. and 5 TB Bandwidth , you need a little bit more money.

I say maybe I can work something out with a 100MB port =p and good speed encoding, that's all =p

Either, but with hardware guaranteed not tell me 16 GB of RAM and fine print (10 or more users per server)
