Best way to Torrent>Filesonic/serve

I know there were a few topics about this question
but i couldnt get a clear answer

I have access to a nice invite only torrent site
I want to be able to put the files on Filesonic/serve

Not looking for a free option,can be paid
I think Sborg can do this but i allready have a similar service im paying for now (minus the torrent leechign which it cant do)

Can someone help me out with this ?
Can be paid,max $5-10/month

you looking everything auto ?

auto download torrent and auto upload torrent $10 is low for this

doesnt have to be auto
just a way to download a torrent fast and being able to upload it from there on out

i guess vps and the like could do this,but its too much for my budget atm

download torrent seeding torrent and upload torrent to filehost use much much bandwidth you must need VPS or dedicated server
