Best way to Torrent>Filesonic/serve

I know there were a few topics about this question
but i couldnt get a clear answer

I have access to a nice invite only torrent site
I want to be able to put the files on Filesonic/serve

Not looking for a free option,can be paid
I think Sborg can do this but i allready have a similar service im paying for now (minus the torrent leechign which it cant do)

Can someone help me out with this ?
Can be paid,max $5-10/month
