Hundreds of new services seem to come and go on KWWHunction, and not only do most of them lack creativity but a big percentage of these services are simply shit.

I understand that you want to make a quick buck, but do you really stand behind your services?

The hosting section alone get's a new topic every day.

When you start a "hosting company" people CAN expect years of good services, yet most of these "hosting companies" seem to go offline after a few months.

In which state of mind did you decided to provide hosting? Do most of you even have the experience to manage a dedicated server?

When you decide to provide hosting services, make sure you stand behind your "company".

I have seen a lot of "scam reporting" topics, with those offering the services debating whether to refund or not.

So let's clear this up right now:

  • If you offer hosting with at least 99% up time, then make fucking sure your hosting is up 99% or refund the money.

  • If you are allowing warez sites on your hosting, then make fucking sure you don't suspend them when complaints start rolling in. And if the heat is getting to much for you, either provide them with hosting that does provide exactly what you told them or refund there money. And stop promoting yourself as a "warez" host.

  • If you offer hosting plans with "unlimited" space and BW, then don't start fucking complaining when they use up your entire server. Simply limit your plans so everyone knows what they can expect.

  • If YOU are getting in trouble, by either not paying the bills on your end or breaking the policies of your server provider then it's your fucking problem and the client has all the rights to get his money back, The client even has the rights to CLAIM money for the trouble he/she is going through and not to forget the time he/she has to spend moving hosts and lost data.

  • Don't offer hosting when you can't provide the support. ANY client that pays should never have to wait longer then a day to have his/her issues revolved, And if you can't provide this don't fucking offer hosting.

This is all common sense, and there is nothing new to this.

When you buy a PlayStation 3, you expect it to do exactly what it is suppose to do.

When you provide 5000 Facebook likes, make sure you know exactly how to provide them. And make sure you have done this more then once before so you can stand behind your services. If you offer them a max of 5 days completion time, then make fucking sure it's done in 5 days or communicate this directly with the buyer and offer a discount.

When you offer links on your website for a certain period of time, then make fucking sure these links stay online for that exact period of time. If you decide to sell your website, then make sure you compensate this with the buyer.

When you decide to provide a service, think about these points. Put yourself in the buyers situation and consider whether you would be happy with your services.

NOT only is this honest, you will also gain a reputation that will bring in so much more business.
