Should I add RS/MU links?

I have bought a Multi poster and i have made around around templates.Now i wanted to know should i add RS/MU links in my uploads.

Will it help me?

Of course it will. Add RS and you'll see how much more you get downloads.

Even though many Uploaders doesn't prefer RS, it's one of the greatest for Downloaders. Their speed is very stable and fast.

Mate i have been adding Rs links but i fear it will eat up downloads from other hosts

You should add it. But consider this: You must make your posts look unique, otherwise you won't build a good rep on any forums you post at.

add it if you upload whit your url on it, if not then dont upload there, RS is good way to get more traffic on your site.

If you want to make some money, RS and MU will hurt your earnings. Many people will prefer those over any other host.
If you want to build reputation, then add RS/MU.
Some uploaders split their files when uploading to RS/MU while using single links for any other hosts.
Is a way to make free users to choose paying hosts.
