How do I upload downloaded torrent files from my seebox using rapidleech?

I means after I download a torrent in my seedbox. How Do I upload that file in my filesonic, fileserve account using rapidleech?
Please tell me the procedure.

Move the files from the torrentflux folder to your rapidleech folder via ftp, the open RL and go to server files.

That's how I do it.

Use filezilla so u can easily drag-n-drop files or you can use SSH . if you're just downloading torrents then use transmission. Downloaded files are found at /home/transmission/Downloads. Just put the files in your rapidleech's files directory.
