I'm banning him permanently. He can talk to one of you if he's innocent and he will be unbanned to present his side of the story.

So if a seller gets banned from KWWH he is automatically allowed to scam his customers? He was banned because he broke the rules over and over again. The scam that follows is not KWWH's fault and there's no reason to connect it to KWWH. If anything, we saved a few other potential people from getting scammed because they couldn't buy his services while he was banned.

Your post extends beyond the most deepest level of idiocy. Go look that up if you cannot comprehend it.

I got scammed by this person.. I pay him 21$ and waited for 4days but my service is still pending..

On paypal Payment status it says: Held. (i opened i dispute there).
Does this mean that i could get my money back?

I need to wait a few more days to escalate it to claim.

This is what happens when people start believing in a short stupid tagline :
cheaper is better.

Anyways, i just saw he was banned, i don't know what the reason but just telling you one thing :

If you raise a case in paypal for this sale, you won't get anything as this is a digital product and paypal won't care for this.

So in case you are scammed, just login to paypal and raise a case saying :
UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION.

That's the only thing which can bring your money back in case the seller did not withdraw it and just my 2 cents, if he did change your passes , of course he must have done the withdrawals from his account.
