Default Seedbox & uploading to filehosts [help needed]

I think i should buy a seedbox now but i got no idea how to use it.
Is it any tutorial / guide on how to use it to use torrents and upload to filehosts?

Im thinking about this one: http://boxslots.com/seedboxes.php
Tried IPT now and saw alot of users using seedbox and the one that got best speed to me was a boxslots user. Started download a 20gb torrent, so far the boxslot user was at ~400-450 kb / sec to me and closest was around 150-200 kb / sec. Doesnt say that it is best, but it is probably atleast good. (note, my current max download speed is only 500 kb / sec)

I havent used seedbox or rapidleech before, i only used filezilla in school like 6 years ago.
Im totally noob at this, but want to try and dont want to make a big mistake.

    Adding a torrent to download:
Login on webinterface, press a Add button and choose torrent from own computer.

    Uploading a torrent
Think i need rapidleech for this, can it be installed on that seedbox?
How is it installed? send rapidleech-install.php to seedbox with filezilla and somehow run it?
Think it should be accessable on the seedbox after that, and move files from filezilla to the rapidleech folder and then use rapidleech and upload to desired filehosts?
(also thinking about if sborg should be used, but it feels more confusing)

Best videos i could find about this:
Do i use rapidleech like this or is it different on a seedbox?

The seedbox working similar to this?

usually on a seedbox, you are given access to the webui + ftp.

so i dont think you can do anything else with it.

400kb/s is bs for a seedbox, talk about 60mbyte/s for a decent 1gbit seedbox

anyways, buy a vps and install tf+rl OR sborg
