knownsrv downtime + 5 hours !
NL-V1 -> shared hosting plan.
I cant access my website. I tried to ping using just-ping which sends requests from all over the world and cant it cant resolve host. (Unknown host).
I send a support ticket like 6 hours ago when I notices my sites we down.
Still no reply so I opened another ticket !
This is not the first time it happens. The first week I bought the service (1 month and 10 days ago aprox), the site was going up and down, very unstable. Then the speed was good, the site was loading fast until today when Im facing +6 hours of downtime.

MemberWhat he said. You are in a shared environment, when someone get DDoS'd you get effecte, when someone abuses the I/O, you get effected. When you host what you host, it's not possible to get 100% uptime, especially in a shared environment.

indeed, im using knownsrv vps and I havent noticed any downtime lately. so, vps is way to go if you want stability and good uptime
