Go to the header.php file and find <ul class="nav">

and then add this somewhere in there:
<li class="cat-item cat-item"><a title="TITLE" href="http://www.DOMAIN.COM>CUSTOM LINK 3</a></li>

<li class="cat-item cat-item"><a title="TITLE" href="http://www.DOMAIN.COM>CUSTOM LINK 3</a></li>

<li class="cat-item cat-item"><a title="TITLE" href="http://www.DOMAIN.COM">CUSTOM LINK 3</a></li>

And voila:

Not fixed the problrm

blank field in b/w.
so i removed custom link now

Hey, that's because your navbar BG image has a fixed width:



You need to edit that in PS and make it bigger, or make it way small like 1px X 43 (width X height) and use the repeat tag instead of no-repeat in style.css.

yeh, Solved it was firefox cache problem,
