Limit number of posts by users

I want to make my blog an open portal.

I have enabled registrations and setted default group as Contributor in my wordpress

now anyone know how can i limit the number of posts submitted by user/contributors on per 24 hours basis

ex. each user/contributor can only submit 20 posts per 24 hours
