Hi Guys,

i'm in a spot of trouble,
basically i need to reset the password of a laptop
but i haven't got the original password of the admin
account and when i try to go through safe mode
the Backup admin account does not show up,
i've run out of ideas so i need some help please.

Main thing: all data on lappy must be kept as
it contains important information of a client of mine.

Operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit
Laptop Model: E-System Sorrento 1
