Isn't Spam, it's newsletter .

recipients : ~ 200 000 - 5000 mails per day

hosting companies has policy about email sending quota..
and you may need a dedicated server for this

I do not want to pay dearly for a dedicated ... just for a newsletter!

a VPS cant handle that amount of emails..
a normal newsletter sends email once a day

First of all,if you are going to use vps for 1 month and send emails everyday, you need around 10-15 ips because ips get blacklisted very easily and mails goes to spam.

Also vps cant handle 300000 emails a day, you need a dedicated server for the same.

No, i don't have to send 300 000 mails per day, is just to send in total 200 000 mails several days

your IPs will get blacklisted if youll send emails at fast rate..
