torrent + uploading+transload all in one?

I am looking for any service which has all in one... (if there is existance of such)

1- Torrent to filehost uploading.
2- Downloading and uploading from file host to file host...
3- Rar/Unrar support.
4- Movie thumbnail generator support.
5- MD5 changer.
6- Premium accounts already available in service.
7- 1 Gbps port.

I don't know what is transloading, but I hope I made it clear with a little effort, thank you for bearing with me.

contact mRaza, he can make something for u. Remember this auto-bots are not cheap & u wont get premium accounts. It would cost u like 450$(not exact price, OG price can be up or down)
