Wordpress 3.0 Menus: How to use them

Access the WP Menus underneath the Appearance tab.



Setting up Menus

Give your menu a name



Add in the the links you want on the menu. You can link to something external, link to pages on your site and link to any categories you want.



After adding the appropriate links to the navigation, you can re-arrange the order in which the links show up.



Dropdown


If you want your dropdown menus, you just have to drag the links underneath the link you want as your main link. Some themes might only support up to 3 levels of dropdowns.



After you're done adjusting the order and hierarchy of the links, make the navigation come to life by setting it as the primary (or secondary if your theme supports it) navigation.



Viola, you're done!
