(i hope you were being sarcastic)
I have 8GB Ram on my PC and on average with me working
full on i use around 5.2GB sometimes hitting 6GB
I don't use any Designing Software or software alike,
i have Firefox, Chrome & Opera open at all times
IDM is also opened nearly downloading at all times
+ MSN with like 10 windows and 3 - 4 Notepads open for
keeping any notes and a game or 2.
With 4GB Ram i would probably kill myself!!!

I am also on Windows 7 64 bit but with 3 GB of Ram.
My average ram usage is 50-60%. How come your PC uses so much RAM.
I have currently Chrome, IDM, MSN, CS 1.6 open and it works without a problem and does not lag once.
Also i would like to know what is the use of opening 3 browsers at the same time.
Protip: You can surf sites on tabs (CTRL+T) rather than opening new browser windows.
4 GB is enough for daily PC usage
