Music streaming site

I plan to make a music streaming site,
What do u think of this site kiwi6.com and would it be OK to upload mp3 files to this host and than stream that music from my site.

I will use some host which supports warez linking

I could also stream from some other places but it's more like leeching and maybe I'll get caught

So, If anyone has some experience with sites like this I would really appreciate to share that with me
