Need an RDP

I will prefer a EU/NL RDP. My budget is 30$. As you all know in EU server fileserve really sucks. so if anyone can confirm that his server can give me good upload speed in fileserve then I am willing to buy.

Please dont bother me with an US server.

They are giving US RDP. Tried a lot but US= WU bad, Torrent BAD....EU= Fileserve, Videobb Bad. i am not fidning something in between
