Uhm, Buysborg.com is a scam or no?

i paid to encipher....n he isnt coming online or replying to pm's,he owes money to MrSandvik as well.i also got scammed,got their sales thread locked + got XIME banned...
encipher is left he should be banned as well as zaaz as saying he sold the server is a lame excuse....
what if he sold the server to himself or just his own friend to scam us,you never know who XIME was,maybe its zaaz's duplicate id....though i earned back the money but still he scammed us and dont deserve to stay here....
he can again start another service and sell it n scam us

i mean xime is duplicate id of zaaz which he just created to show that he sold the server to him where as server rested with him n later he ran off with the money saying xime scammed....

Alright this is going to be a moderately lengthy read, so bear with me.

Initially, the thread was reported because Xime (apparently the guy to who zaaz sold the service) was not responding/resolving the issues with his clients. I locked his thread in response and PM'd him to resolve his issues giving him a 48-hour time frame in which to do so.

He failed, and I did give him another 24 hours grace period, after which I permanently banned him. I did an IP lookup, and his IPs matched zaaz's IPs, so I asked zAAz for an explanation. More on this follows after a little something I gotta say.

The basic rule of businesses, when they get sold, is that the existing liabilities and the assets of the business are transferred over to the new owner. So the new owner is liable/responsible to provide you the service you paid for, regardless of who you paid that money to. In a functional transfer, this is never a problem. Technically, in this transfer too, zAAz is not responsible nor liable to refund you the money you paid to him because the new owner is the one scamming you guys, not zAAz.

This is where zAAz's explanation comes in. Remember what I said about zAAz and xime's IP addresses matching up? Well, that's the issue here. Before I mention it all, let me tell you I believe in transparency; especially in situations like this, so I'm going to be upfront, and straightforward with you guys about everything. I'm not taking sides here, either. And I, for one, absolutely hope that we can resolve this issue.

This was zAAz's response to me asking him to explain the situation in full. I did tell him I considered it to be correct at that moment, but I was unaware (then) of the number of people scammed in this situation.

If zAAz is telling the truth, he should be able to ask xime to get on KWWH and resolve the issue. I'm prepared to unban xime for that purpose.

Remember, though, that if this transfer is legitimate then zaaz is not responsible. If, however, zaaz is not being truthful then he IS responsible.

That sounds very suspicious life, if XIME just bought the whole company, it probably cost him a lot, and wouldn't just leave the servers/company to die. I agree that fahd (zaaz) shouldn't be held responsible after he sold the company, but this might just be a planed escape.

Anyways, if XIME is indeed his neighbor, I'll ask fahd to call him up and figure all this out, if the guy doesn't even wanna show up, then it's probably fahd himself.

I want to see these "brothers" accounts on KWWH. I wish I could of thought of a scam story as clever as that.
I request for email checks on all of them as well. Its as easy to google the fuck out of them and own zAAz that he's all the same guy.

zAAz hasn't had the minimal concern of what happen to BuySborg, no support tickets are answered, none of that sweet stuff. All he tells everyone is "go new owner i no involverd".

well you see IP matches which means either XIME is his own account,if not and XIME is his neighbour then i guess XIME cant run away being his neighbour right next door.therefore i guess he should be forced to ask XIME to respond/refund.
about zaaz's saying that XIME stopped responding after the thread was locked,Xime wasnt replying before either and he could have simply asked some mod to re open the thread if he had any interested,
i agree with RT that if xime really bought the company then he must have paid some huge amount and he simply just cant leave it like this as he's the one paying not receiving money.zaaz's situation is quite doubtful considering all these facts
