The best forum engine...

I would to create a warez forum, but i hesitate between many forums engines: vBulletin, PunBB, IPBv3, phpBB...

Or simply create a DataLife Engine site without forum.

What do you advice me?

Forum engine and then you ask about DLE?

That's like saying I'm thinking of buying a car what type should I buy and then instead buy a motorbike.

You do realize forums and Blogs are completely different?
Forget which script is the best and start to consider what type of site you want to run. If your a money hungry uploader who thinks he'll/she'll get more downloads if he/she has his/her own site then go with Wordpress as it's noob friendly and you can concentrate on uploading rather than running a site.

If your genuinely interested in starting a site and don't mind spending a lot of time working on it then go for a forum. With the life expediency of a new warez site now less than 3 months it doesn't matter which forum script you pick. You won't be using it long enough to learn it's weaknesses. Only 2% of warez sites last longer than 6 months now.

Figures are based on new sites that submit to DDL sites.

if you follow what Happy said and you are really wanted to open a forum site then select phpBB , it is the fastest script

I choosed to use DLE in the beginning, after i go open a forum with phpBB or MyBB
