Help With PHP on VPS

Hello i am using some Php scripts to creat Emails.

I was using a 100Mbps vps from burstnet with 512MB ram, it was working Fine.

then i decided took 1Gbps VPS with 2 GB ram

but on this new vps my scripts are working slow.

can anyone tell how to fix it (i mean how to make my php scripts work faster).

Same host for both VPS? Who setup the vps? Same person for both? Same versions of php?

If the answer to all of the above is yes than they have too many people using that one 1Gbps line or server.
