Processor: Don't know which one exactly but some decent dual core would do the job
Ram: 4GB
HDD: 300-400GB 7200rpm but in 2physical discs
Traffic: 10TB
Port: 1Gb/s but if not possible 100Mb/s would be fine
Operating System: Windows Server 2008 or 2003 Standard
Location: I would prefer europe but usa is fine too

Mainly would be used by me and a friend for uploading/download purpose.
