I need RDA which could fulfill my these mentioned requirements

1) Download speed from FSO, WU and FS should be good enough (20-30 MBPS)

2) Upload speed on WU and FSO should be high (atleast 30+MBPS)

3) RAR / UNRAR should be fast

4) Make sure that there should not be a lagging problem in IDM or HDD should not be overloaded

5) NL or US (Doesn't matter, downloading or uploading speed should be good no matter about the location)

Please note that Price doesn't matter for me. I need quality RDA and one more thing I've tried good RDA from very reputed companies but results were not satisfy so if you think you can fullfill my requirements, kindly send me the demo account and your price
