Posting guide for beginner.

Hey, so how does this work? I how to get everything and upload and all that good stuff but how does your post get on to dll's?
Cause iv tried it like 2-3 times but almost of all of the stuff i posted wasn't submitted to the dll's. Also what is a good site to upload to? I used hotfile but things always change, so whats the most used file sharing site?
