btw it may be some plugin/s which are causing this, try uninstalling them and check the cpu load

I got a reseller account its not a vps or anything, and the company that has the reseller keeps sending me those emails daily. for me to upgrade to a higher plan.

@Sagar how can i know which plugin it is, as i cant be able to know how much resources i am using as i am not on a vps or dedicated.

I think It's not the wordpress to blame, the company has cheap server(low CPU, RAM etc.) or the server is oversold.
