AS ALEX said its custom coded bot for mukki, the source is SCC or some other private tracker i guess. You can get it coded for around 500$s & hosting would need dedi as it would push too much of data so thats like 150$ per month.

mukki.org uses a customized version of Wordpress CMS...you'll have to shell around $1k - $2k (doesnt include server/hosting and ftp server costs)for something as good as mukki
